Features
For Chiropractors Only is a Windows-based computer software designed specifically for your chiropractic clinic. The software will run on Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, and Server 2003, and includes a Maintenance Package plus the following program features:
Patient Management - General information can be retained for each individual patient. For example, name, address, date of birth, social security number, family information, doctor, billing information, patient condition, diagnosis, notes, etc.
Accounts Receivable Ledger - All rendered services, payments, and other accounting procedures can be applied in the patient's general ledgers. Each patient account consists of three ledgers: a Patient, Insurance, and an Attorney Ledger. Running balances is an included feature allowing you to determine a balance at any given time.
Inventory - Inventory items can be applied in the patient's ledger and the system will automatically reduce the count on the shelf for that inventory item. Daily reports can be produced to show which inventory items need to be re-ordered. This feature is great for clinics which sell supplements.
User Defined Billing Groups - Patients can be defined in separate Billing Groups, such as, Cash, Major Medical, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Personal Injury, Workman's Compensation, etc..
Automatic Copay/Coinsurance and Claim Management - Copay and Coinsurance information is entered for each patient to automatically determine what portions are owed by the patient, insurance company, and/or attorney. A claim history is produced using these procedures, and claims will remain pending until payment (or EOBs) are received by the patients Insurance Company and/or Attorney. Payments are directly applied to unpaid claims.
Three Insurance Coverages and/or Attorney Information - A Primary, Secondary, and Third Insurance Coverage and an Attorney can be retained in each patient account.
Patient Billing Patient Statements can be printed individually in a patients account or can be run in the monthly group billing. Patient Statements include Previous Balance, Minimum Payment, Due Date, Balance Divisions (Patient, Insurance, Attorney, and Total Balance), Aged Balances, Greeting Messages, Dunning Messages, Diagnosis, and General Patient Information.
Insurance Billing Insurance Claims can be printed individually in a patients account or can be run in the monthly group billing. Insurance claims are built and displayed with full editing capabilities. Claim Summaries and Labels can be printed, and Electronic Files can be created for Electronic Billing.
Charge Slips - A Charge Slip, which is basically a form which includes the clinic's commonly used charges and diagnosis codes, can be printed for each patient coming in for treatment. This Charge Slip, which also includes the patient's general information at the top of the form, is taken into the treatment room with the doctor. The doctor can then check off the services rendered along with any change in diagnosis. This slip is then given to the clinic's billing personal and entered into the ledger and diagnosis area of the system.
Custom User Information Fields - Custom User Fields can be defined to retain special information. For example, you may want to keep track of which patients should have a Monthly Clinic Newsletter mailed to them. You can create a Yes or No field with this question for you to answer in each of the patients accounts.
Daysheet Report - This daily report includes a detailed listing of all rendered patient services, payments, and other transactions applied during a day of service. Also, a Clinic Summary and a Deposit Detail is included in the report.

Patient Recall Report - A recall report can be made for patients that missed appointments or who have not been seen for several months.
Birthday Listing - A birthday listing can be created for each month and can be sorted by the patient's birthday, name, or account number. Sorting by birthday will allow you to periodically send out personalized post cards regarding the patients birthdays.
